GAYLE A. BAINBRIDGE, CPCU, ARM, AAI, CRIS

Gayle began her insurance career in 1977 and became a sales agent in 1981. She has been a diligent student of insurance, earning many industry designations. Prior to forming Global Risk, she served as the Operations Manager at an agency that has become part of a leading National Insurance Firm and Vice President of another local firm. Because of her industry knowledge, she has served as an expert witness in south Florida courts. She has served the community as President of the FIU Alumni Association, CREW Miami and as Chair of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. In 2008 she was recognized as one of Miami Today's Best of Miami and has received many community leadership awards. She is frequently quoted in The Miami Herald, the South Florida Business Journal and Miami Today.

JOSE A. MARTELY

Jose "Tony" Martely has been representing South Florida business owners in their property and casualty insurance needs for over twenty-five years. An effective leader, Tony has served the insurance community as President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Dade County (IIADC) and was also honored in 2007 with the Raymond W Butler III "Passion Award" for his services. Tony is currently a director for the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) and is also an "Ambassador" for the Doral Business Council.

MARIO A PARADELA, CIC

Mario has been involved in the insurance industry for 20+ years. In 1996 he earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation which involves a rigorous five part specialization in different aspects of insurance. The CIC designation requires 20 hours of continuing education annually in order to comply with their skill requirements. Mario began his career with a local insurance agency where he held a various positions allowing him to acquire the knowledge to take him to Aon Risk Service. While at Aon, he continued to expand his knowledge working on large accounts. In 2006 Mario joined HBA Insurance Group, currently Brown & Brown, taking his knowledge to the middle market size accounts. Being exposed to the different aspects of the insurance industry, has given him the ability to specialize in the risk placement for the wholesale distributors, manufacturers, real estate, technology , and transportation sectors.
